An exploration of human duality through vocals that soar and ground, lyrics that tear and mend, and songs that float and guide.

House on the Sea, Anna's third album, uses her personal storytelling as a vessel for complex, universal truths. Her songs, rooted in acoustic folk, swim effortlessly through different genres, from the electric guitar grooves of "Wake Up" to the electronic-heartbeat mist of "Sky". Each disc on this double album explores human polarity based in Jungian concepts of Self and the Ancient Chinese masculine and feminine consciousness – the house as the structure of ego we build to protect our vulnerabilities; the sea as the greater Self within and outside of us, swirling in an ancient, divine chaos.

With poetic and honest narratives that lead us through shadow and light, this double album is a diverse collage of sounds and stories that seeks to harmonize the two forces always present, and have compassion for all that we are.
